The company's audit office is equipped with a full-time audit supervisor who is directly subordinate to the board of directors. The audit supervisor attends the board of directors and reports on the audit business.。
According to the company's approval authority regulations, the appointment and removal of the company's internal audit manager must be approved by the audit committee and submitted to the board of directors for resolution. The appointment, removal, assessment, and the remuneration of internal audit personnel shall be signed and reported by the audit supervisor to the chairperson of the board for approval.
 

Purpose Of Internal Audit

Evaluate and examine the effectiveness of internal control systems, the reliability of financial reports, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and measure operational efficiency, and provide timely improvement suggestions to ensure the continued and effective implementation of various systems and assist management in achieving company development goals.

Internal Audit Operation Content

The audit office formulates an annual audit plan every year and submits it to the board of directors for approval, to inspect and evaluate the implementation of internal control and provide timely improvement suggestions to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of the internal control system. In addition, the audit office reviews the self-inspection reports of each unit of the company in accordance with regulations every year, and together with the aforementioned internal audit results and improvements, provides the board of directors and general manager with a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the overall internal control system and issuing a statement on the internal control system. This statement is published in the annual report and public prospectus in accordance with regulations. The annual internal audit plan, the implementation of the audit plan, the improvement of internal control deficiencies and abnormal matters, etc., are all uploaded to the public information observatory in accordance with the regulations of the competent authority.
