2025 was a year of abundant harvest, in which Center Laboratories demonstrated both operational resilience and industry leadership. As a bellwether of Taiwan's biotech industry, Center Laboratories has always upheld the core values of "innovation, integrity, professionalism, and shared prosperity,"treating sustainability governance as the cornerstone of corporate resilience. Facing rapid change across the global healthcare industry, we have drawn on a sound governance structure and forwardlooking resource allocation to successfully translate sustainability competitiveness into real value creation —advancing the Company's growth while firmly honoring our long-term commitment to society and the environment.

Excellent Operations and Resilient Governance, Maximizing Shareholder Value
On the operating front, Center Laboratories delivered an outstanding performance in 2025. Full-year net income reached NT$9.3 billion, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$12.33 — a seven-year high. This not only confirms the precision of our eye for businesses with long-term growth potential, but also demonstrates Center Laboratories' professional strength in maximizing the value of its investment portfolio, rewarding our shareholders' long-term support with excellent operating performance.
This sound financial performance is built on rigorous, principled governance. We continue to optimize our board structure, ensuring that more than two-thirds of independent directors serve no more than three consecutive terms, and have brought four female directors into our core decision-making body based on each director's expertise. Through diverse professional perspectives and rigorous risk control, we are steadily building long-term corporate value that the market can trust, even as we pursue continued growth.

Positioning for the Low-Carbon Transition, Building a Green, Resilient Supply Chain
Facing the challenge of global climate change, Center Laboratories is actively implementing the government's energy conservation and carbon reduction policy under the "Sustainable Development Roadmap for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies." We not only launched our Scope 3 GHG inventory ahead of schedule in 2024, but this year further expanded our GHG inventory boundary to include our consolidated subsidiary Glac Biotech, successfully completing its first inventory across three plants in Hsinchu, Chiayi, and Tainan — responding to the competent authority's expectations for Group-wide carbon reduction and supply chain transparency with the highest standards and concrete action.
We have deepened our local roots, achieving 100% local procurement from raw material suppliers, building a low-carbon, resilient supply chain from the source. In our internal resource management, our 2025 green management results were outstanding: through continued efforts in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, process optimization, and equipment upgrades at our plants, we reduced our water use intensity by a significant 29.17% and our waste intensity by a further 22.80%, maximizing our energy and resource efficiency and putting Center Laboratories' commitment to environmental co-prosperity into concrete practice.
Driving Innovative R&D, Delivering Health Protection Across All Ages
R&D and innovation are Center Laboratories' core driving force. We continue to deepen our expertise in pediatric medicine and central nervous system (CNS) innovation, and in 2025 were once again recognized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare for our long-term commitment under the "Optimizing Children's Healthcare Program. "In response to the urgent needs of Taiwan's super-aged society, we have also extended our R&D efforts into long-term care, developing new easy-to-swallow, high-absorption oral liquid formulations that offer seniors safer, more convenient medication options — truly realizing our commitment to "health protection across all ages," from childhood to old age.
Empowering Key Talent, Deepening the Foundation for Industry Sustainability
Talent is Center Laboratories' strongest support for continued breakthroughs. We are committed to building a friendly, safe workplace with "zero occupational accidents, zero grievances," proactively conducting employee opinion surveys to drive organizational improvement; in 2025, we invested more than 1,959 hours in internal and external training, building our colleagues' professional skills and knowledge.
We recognize that the sustainable continuity of our industry is of vital importance. Center Laboratories actively leverages its corporate influence — in addition to continuing social initiatives such as "Medication Safety Promotion for Seniors," our "Center Ventures Leadership Bootcamp (CLB)" summer internship continues to guide young students in gaining a deep understanding of investment holding value assessment and strategic thinking, cultivating the next generation of talent with a broad vision for Taiwan's biotech industry and capital markets.
