Friendly Workplace

Our group offers employee welfare program that can assist colleagues to tap into their potential and develop their strengths, as well as support colleagues in looking after their families and work development with a robust employee welfare system.

Aside from following the laws and regulations on “Act of Gender Equality in Employment,” our group enabling female employees with qualification of more than 6 months of employment can apply for non-paid maternity/parental leave with young toddlers that is under of age of 3. Our well established non-paid maternity/parental leave system allowed our employees to be flexible in work while taking care of the family in the same time. We also offer non-paid leave for employees that maybe required to take military services, or due to any unexpected critical illness or injuries etc. or comprehensive leaves that enabling all employees to work and taking care of their families at the same time.

Center Ventures Group believe that our Company growth is closely tied to the learning and development of employees. Our group build an internal education system known as “Center Ventures University” to cultivation our internal staffs’ skills and ongoing development.
