To encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, Center Ventures launches the “Center Innovation Project” in hopes of supporting aspiring young scientists to create breakthrough medical solutions that subvert your imagination. Center Ventures will provide its professional, extensive, and practical industry experience, along with a wide network of connections.
“Center Innovation Project” focuses on the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutritional health, and smart healthcare. Qualified startup teams selected after the pitch may receive venture capital fund and interact with experts to stimulate entrepreneurial ideas and sparks.They also have a chance of securing angel funds and becoming one of our portfolio companies, where they will have access to the six core sources of values.

The first round of applications for 2019 will be open until Mar 31. The second round will be open upon availability, please stay tuned for more information.
Application description
1. Eligibility:
- Company was either established within the past five years or will soon complete registration process.
- Must have certain R&D results and assets or prototype.
- Focuses on the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutritional health, and smart healthcare.
- Have a clear business purpose, such as selecting R&D direction, fundraising for seed round/angel round/series A, or facing restructuring or operational bottlenecks.
2. Recruitment & selection timeline:
The recruitment process is divided into two phases. Upon evaluating your application form and proposal, we may invite you to move on to the next phase, which is the interview and pitch.
- Jan 1-Mar 31: Applications are accepted during this time. Applicants must complete the Center Innovation Program application form online
- Apr 1-Apr 19: Applications review. Qualified teams will be notified via mail by Apr 26. The teams must then provide pitch deck before 16:00 on May 3.
- May 13-May 24: Conduct interviews and pitch.
- May 31: Selected teams announced and notified via mail.
